The Quiet Revolution of Embodied Trust
Movement for Wholeness, Harmony & Vitality
Movement for Wholeness, Harmony & Vitality
My work is rooted in a simple but radical truth: your body knows the way back to wholeness.
Through natural alignment and therapeutic exploration, I guide students to reconnect with the innate intelligence of their bodies, softening old patterns, awakening dormant awareness and building the kind of strength that listens. This practice isn’t about pushing or performing; it’s about tuning in, creating space and allowing your body to become a trustworthy home again.
Over the years, I’ve helped women and men of all ages, from long-time yogis to those recovering from pain and burnout, feel freer, more grounded and more alive. It’s not just about alignment or posture (though those shift too); it’s about reclaiming vitality, confidence and agency at every stage of life. As one of my students put it, “I feel 20 years younger – not because I’m trying to be who I was, but because I’ve finally come home to myself.”
This is the quiet revolution: not fixing the body but remembering it, deeply, lovingly.
I grew up chasing adrenaline; skiing and show jumping in the Pyrenees, living for the thrill and freedom. But the price was steep: a trail of injuries that quietly laid the groundwork for chronic pain. By my 20s, I was working high-stress real estate jobs in Andorra and the French Alps, sitting at desks with poor posture, with an already strained body. The discomfort became constant. Something had to change.
Being caught in pain, while witnessing a world in chaos, sparked a life-changing journey. I didn’t know it at the time, but that journey would become the foundation of my life’s work.
Over the past 17 years, I’ve travelled the world to study yoga, meditation, bodywork, and the healing arts. What began as a desperate search for relief transformed into a deep, ongoing exploration of what it means to live in a body, fully, freely and wisely.
I’ve been guided by extraordinary teachers and through their wisdom, and my own healing, I’ve come to understand how much potential lives within our body, breath, and attention. When we learn to move differently, we relate to life differently.
One of the greatest joys of this path has been leading over 30 transformational retreats across North Africa, Europe, Southeast Asia and South America. In these sacred spaces, I’ve witnessed profound shifts; people awakening their body’s wisdom, releasing years of tension and reclaiming joy, trust and aliveness.
Through natural alignment, therapeutic awareness and embodied education, I support people in coming home to themselves; gently, sustainably and in community.
This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about remembering what’s whole.
“I’m continually fascinated by the results of the practices I share, how they relieve pain, reverse injury and reconnect us to our innate wisdom. What drives me is the privilege of witnessing transformation: the moment someone feels whole again. At the heart of it all is a deep reverence for the divinity of life and the profound interconnection we all share.”
I come from a nomadic family of adventurers, born in the Netherlands to parents from East Africa, raised in the mountains of Andorra and shaped by life in Spain, and long, wandering stints across the USA, Argentina, France, Thailand, India and Morocco. Patriotism never landed. Being human did. Movement of body, place and spirit has always been my compass.
For the first 20 years of my life, I spent more time with horses than with people. Training, competing and simply being with these magnificent, intuitive animals taught me to listen beyond words, to read energy, to feel into subtlety, to respond from presence. Those years shaped my nervous system and my soul in ways I only fully understand now.
My father once rowed across the Atlantic Ocean and skied across Norway. As a family, we crossed Africa on motorbikes. I’ve driven hundreds of thousands of kilometers on epic road trips, chasing horizons and the wild silence in between. These off-the-beaten-path adventures didn’t just shape me, they changed me. They taught me to move through the world with reverence, curiosity and deep presence.
That same spirit of presence led me to the TEDx stage in Andorra, where I shared three simple tools to recognize the state where synchronicity naturally arises. My talk invited the audience to experience their minds not just as perceivers but as co-creators of reality. I offered practices to center the self in stillness and reminded us all of the profound interconnection that binds everything.
Now, after years of learning, exploring and unlearning, I find deep joy in transmitting what I’ve gathered, especially through my small, intimate trainings. There’s something profoundly fulfilling about holding space for others to reconnect with their own body’s innate wisdom, witnessing that spark of recognition take root and watching with wonder as they weave it into their own teachings.
Having lived in pain and experienced injuries (chronic sciatica, frozen shoulders, pulled groins, sprained ankles and plantar fasciitis) I know the frustration and emotional weight of a body out of balance. The body is a divine creation and pain is never random, it’s a form of communication, a signal that we’ve drifted from harmony. When we recognise that we are often unconsciously creating the conditions for our own discomfort and learn how to shift toward balanced, intelligent movement, something profound happens, not just in the body, but in the mind and spirit too. My mission is to guide others in reclaiming this awareness, restoring natural alignment and remembering that body, mind and soul are one, inseparable. When we move in harmony, we come home to our whole selves.
These days, I fill my cup with sunrises and sunsets, hikes and soulful conversations, cuddles with my kitty and my sweet podenco, Sky. I train my body, dance barefoot to deep house under the stars, devour mind-expanding podcasts, support others in their healing and do my best to remember:
this life is a miracle.
