From Pain and Suffering to Embodied Freedom

A Way of Life

I grew up as an extreme sports enthusiast skiing and competing in show jumping in the Pyrenees mountains. My passion for these exhilarating activities came with a price— an abundance of injuries that eventually turned into chronic pain. As I entered my 20s, I found myself trapped in a cycle of pain, sitting at desks in stressful jobs, selling real estate in Andorra and the French Alps. The combination of my past injuries, stress and poor posture created a persistent discomfort I knew I couldn’t live with for the rest of my life.

Being stuck in chronic pain and witnessing a world in constant chaos propelled me on a life-changing 15-year journey that continues. A journey of exploration, research, and discovery. I traveled across the globe, immersing myself in the study of yoga, meditation, bodywork, healing arts, and transformative practices. Never did I imagine that this personal quest would lead me to a career where I could share my passion with others and I still find myself surprised to make a living out of what I love doing.

I’ve been incredibly blessed to encounter extraordinary teachers who have deeply influenced my work. Their wisdom and guidance have played a significant role in shaping my understanding of the body, mind and spirit. By liberating myself from chronic physical, mental, and emotional suffering, I have witnessed the profound potential for transformation that exists within each individual. It’s this revelation that continues to fuel my dedication to refining my craft and sharing it with others.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been the privilege of hosting numerous transformational retreats across North Africa, Europe, South East Asia, and South America. These retreats have provided a sacred space for individuals to embark on their own life-changing journeys, tapping into the innate wisdom of their bodies and liberating themselves. The experiences shared during these retreats have been nothing short of inspiring, as I have witnessed the incredible resilience and potential for growth that resides within each of us.

My mission is to empower individuals to awaken their own body’s wisdom, encouraging them to listen, honor, and trust the innate intelligence that resides within. Through the practices and teachings I have gathered over the years, I strive to support others in their pursuit of freedom. It’s a journey that requires courage, vulnerability and a deep commitment to self-discovery. Yet, as I’ve witnessed time and again, the rewards far outweigh the challenges.
